Michael A. Tolla, CPA

Mike joined the firm in 2006 after being a partner in a national CPA firm. He has over 30 years of diversified accounting, auditing, taxation, and business consulting experience.

He works primarily with closely held businesses and wealthy individuals. His engagement experience includes family partnerships, trusts, and businesses in the fields of law, wholesale, retail, real estate, service providers, import / export, transportation, equipment leasing, entertainment, health care, telecommunications, construction, manufacturing, and e-commerce.

Mike’s focus is to solve client’s problems and assist them with improving their bottom line and building wealth using tax minimization strategies. He also consults in the following areas:
