Pat has over 20 years of public accounting exper- ience providing clients with tax, accounting and consulting services to help meet their business and financial goals.

He advises high net worth individuals and closely held businesses across a range of industries including architects, engineers, real estate, professional consultants, food and beverage, construction, retail, wholesale distribution, law firms, and other companies in the service sector.

Pat’s goal working with privately held and family companies is to assist them with any business and financial matters that arise. Examples include maximizing client wealth by employing tax minimization strategies as well as consulting on entity structuring, start-ups, acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, succession planning, and other general business matters.
