ERIC PRESCOTT

Eric joined the firm in 1988 and was made partner in 1998. With over 20 years of public accounting exper- ience, his broad knowledge base and familiarity with diverse clientele has given him the expertise to be able to advise clients on a wide range of issues concerning their businesses and finances.
He works primarily with small, closely held companies, including clients in wholesale distribution and manufacturing, professional consulting, investment funds and management, real estate, architecture, and other service industries. He performs income tax planning and compliance services for individuals and business clients.
Working directly with business owners, Eric helps them build wealth using tax minimization strategies. He also consults on entity structuring, acquisitions, succession planning, as well as other general business matters.
In addition, Eric regularly works with members of his client’s accounting staff and team of outside advisors in the areas of retirement plans, employee benefits, banking relationships, valuations, and proper accounting techniques.
